Home
Although
you are weighed on each visit, there are also extra optional Weigh In's in case
you would like extra support and reassurance on your journey. We strongly
encourage you to check in!
You also receive at
each of the Module Sessions a supportive information pack to insert into your
personal records folder. This allows you to continue your weight loss success
at home by revising the elements and providing further information relevant to
each particular session, as well as enjoyable tasks and activities you can complete.
